Travis Desiah is the founder and managing attorney of Desiah Injury Lawyers. For more than twelve years, he has represented individuals and families in complex personal injury and workers’ compensation matters throughout Louisiana and Texas. His practice focuses on serious motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial trucking collisions, motorcycle accidents, hit-and-run crashes, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, traumatic brain injury cases, and disputed workers’ compensation claims.
Known for his meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and relentless pursuit of justice, Travis has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients. His significant results have earned him membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reserved for attorneys who have achieved multimillion-dollar verdicts, awards, or settlements on behalf of their clients.
Throughout his career, Travis has litigated and tried cases against some of the largest corporations in America, including multinational and global companies. Travis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern State University before attending Mississippi College School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he served as Executive Trial Competition Chair of the Moot Court Board and received the Dean’s Award for academic excellence. He also earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards for achieving the highest grade in several law school courses.
Travis is married to Dr. Shay Desiah, M.D. Together, they are the proud parents of two sons. When he is not advocating for clients in the courtroom, Travis enjoys spending time with his family and traveling together to create lasting memories.
